Who is easyGuide?

What happens when I buy a ticket?

Congratulations! You are one step closer to enjoying an amazing experience. Once you have purchased a ticket, just sit back and we will email you a receipt of the transaction straight away. You can access your ticket(s) at any time via this email or within the “Bookings” section of your account which can be accessed on our website or our mobile application.

What is a discount code and how do I use them?

We often provide discount codes to give you great discounts when you use easyGuide! You can simply redeem a discount code within the Checkout Page. Unfortunately, you can’t apply a discount code to existing itineraries or bookings.

To use your discount code:
  • 1. When you reach the Checkout Page, click “Redeem Discount Code” before you proceed with payment

  • 2. Enter your discount code.

  • 3. Click Apply.

To use your coupon:
  • 1. When entering your payment on the checkout page, click Redeem a voucher before you proceed with payment.

  • Enter your code

  • Click Apply

Having trouble with your code? Double check to make sure you’re entering it correctly.

My Voucher code isn’t working?

If you have an issue with your voucher code, double-check your email to make sure the code you’re entering is correct.

Here are a few other things to keep in mind if your voucher code isn’t working:
  • If your voucher has expired, there is no way to re-activate it.

  • Voucher can only be used once.

  • We only accept voucher issued by easyGuide.

  • If you don’t use the full amount of a voucher, you won’t receive the difference.

  • Vouchers can't be applied retroactively.

  • Vouchers aren't transferable. A voucher can only be used by the person it was given to.

  • Only one voucher can be used per transaction.

Earns rewards for inviting your friends to use easyGuide

Earning reward points is our way of saying thank you when you tell your friends about us!

Simply send a referral link to your friends and for each person that makes a purchase through easyGuide, we will add reward points to your account which can be redeemed against your next purchase.

Reward points automatically appear on the Checkout Page of any booking.
